1. Are all the stamps and souvenir sheets in Mint Never Hinged condition ?

Yes, all stamps are in mint never hinged condition, unless otherwise noted

2. Can I pay my stamp Order with my Paypal account ?
Accepted methods of payment:
Cash ( Cdn$ , US$ and Euros ), International Money orders , Paypal payment
at : info@topicstamps.com , Visa , Mastercard and American Express.


3. How long can I stay shopping on your site per session ?


Session time ( per visit) is set-up to 5 hours.


4. After selecting my purchases, when I check out of the shopping cart, I get the message : Your basket is empty . ??

Tips & tricks: your browser settings should read :

" Accept Cookies" and Security level to "Medium" ( Tools, Internet Options )

5. EVERY TIME YOU PUT THE FIRST STAMP INTO YOUR SHOPPING CART, YOUR WEB SITE CRASHES. AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG?? THANKS.

Thank you for getting in touch. We are sorry to hear you had problems with the shopping cart at our website.

I just tried it out and successfully sent in an order.

So, the cause of the "crashing" is probably due to your web browser configuration.

Here are some Helpful Hints ( available in the FAQ on the site...for future reference.)

1. Under your browser tabs, click on TOOLS , then select INTERNET OPTIONS .

2, Then by clicking on the PRIVACY tab, you will see an elevator button. Slide it down to ACCEPT COOKIES, and click on APPLY
( you can change it back to it's original settings, if you wish, after you finished shopping )

You should now be okay to shop ( unless you have a browser ( Netscape or IE ) with a very old version i.e. 4.1 )

If you still have problems shopping, you may copy & paste into an email the items you want to buy..and we will process your order in this manner.

6. How to shop at your site ?

Follow these steps:

1. click on the COME ON IN link to enter the shop or click on STAMP SHOP in the left panel.

2.

Click on the little button of the all topics list or the all countries listing. Select a topic or a country , or both .

and then click on FIND

3. To view the stamp, click on the description hyperlink OR on the IMAGE link.

4. If you wish to buy, click on ADD TO CART and if you do not want to buy, click on BACK. Repeat same step ( Add to cart OR back ) for other items you want to look at.


5. when you have finish shopping, click on VIEW ITEMS at the right top of page.


6. Here you can do corrections amd modifications to your order if needed, and then click on :


a) Continue shopping if you want.

b) Click on SECURE check out if you have finished your shopping and want to go to payment with a credit card information

c) OR click on BY email Check out to give payment info but no credit card.
7. Enter all fields, choose a shipping method , select a payment method

Then, Click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT...


we will receive your order and you will receive an e-mail confirmation that order was received.
